Pierre Stolze Oeutrange lived in between 1992 and 2007. He sought a different lifestyle with garden and garden. There was still a grocery store bakery, two pubs and a post office, which is essential when you're a writer. The post office was open every morning, then more later in the day, then only two days a week and finally at all. The village is dying slowly declined since and Pierre on another part of Thionville.

History Thionvillois Stolze family begins in 1927 with a German grandfather early last century married an Alsatian and Lorraine trying to settle in and opened a grand hotel. Nobody wants to sell locally but in Nancy where he hears of a great location at the corner of the Rue Castelnau and England in Thionville. The Trianon Palace remain in the family until 1990.

Pierre born in 1952, then goes to Providence St. Peter at the school he left at the age of eleven flights of the episcopal college Bitche [2] to cure. It is the wish of the family that follows is the desire of Peter to become a missionary in Africa. He changes his mind and quickly becomes the bane of the Bishop of Metz by being noticed by iconoclastic articles in the journal of the college.

This does not prevent him from serving Mass for him when it comes to college. Peter is an altar boy from his six years, his mother feared it was too young but to "flower pot", the first grade altar boy, Peter was fine. So that the priest had just sometimes look up in her class at St Peter's to officiate at a wedding or a funeral. At Bitche [3] it reaches the top of the hierarchy of the choir by becoming "great thurifer. Its role is to feed the censer and incense the crowd of believers and the priest who officiated the mass.

Peter remembers a joke of his own which was to separate the incense and coals with a layer of candle wax in the censer before the tender to the priest: the embers smothered the wax, the priest shook all eager to get a reaction which caused the burning of wax and drowned the chorus of thick smoke. He also remembers that Paris choirboys took the ladies on the first arrivals to receive communion. That's because it is good that the college student will keep.

Peter will travel to Normal Sup [4] . He thought then move to the French School of the Far East, Archaeology is his passion and he has already filed a thesis on the layout of the temples of Angkor in Cambodia. But in the '70s, war in this region of Asia, Saigon and Phnom Penh fell and Pierre will never see Angkor [5] .

But nothing is lost. To relax the entrance exam Normale Sup [6] , Peter has discovered "The World of a" the famous novel by science fiction Van Vogt [7] translated into French by Boris Vian [8 ] in 1953. He eats this new literature for him and wrote a first novel in 1976, "The Serpent of Eternity" Angkor which serves as a backdrop. In 1977, he was noticed by the literary community by signing a new one in the magazine Fiction, titled "Ah! he said, scratching his balls "because it perpetuates the tradition of writers who Normale tends to disappear. But is he able to write a publishable book? His book was finally published in 1979.

Pierre is professor of French and Latin at Fameck between 1980 and 84 but can not teach and write simultaneously. He spends his PhD in 1994 with the theme of Science Fiction as a renewal of classical literature by its inventiveness and metaphorization its forms. At that time the FS is part of the culture-cons as well as comics and crime fiction. The viva lasted six hours! There is suspicion of a writer Normale furthermore interested in the SF Stone is put off and is dedicated to writing. He loves speculative fiction that explores a near future and is always distorting mirror of our reality. The theme of time travel as he pleases because he has to do with childhood, as an option which would lose the adult. He will write sixteen novels and story collections.

The writer is pleased to finally have a good story in mind and also read the completed text. Between the two stages is always working hard and again, page after page. Peter is in front of the computer at 9 am and after five hours of work it is KO The book starts when he has the first and the last sentence and the whole plan in mind.

A novel is successful when he dreams at night: this means that the characters begin to exist and become independent. The book lives when he leaves images in the head its readers.

* His latest book is a narrative about the role of his mother who was known as Simone Hull, in the resistance network of Georges Garel who saved 5000 Jewish children between 1942 and 44. The book tells how Solomon Jassy, a survivor of the extermination through the network, Simone found before the name to just before the UN at the age of 90 years.

From the polished parquet dance floor of the Trianon where he slipped a little boy, the tower that he now lives with his wife Castelnau Street, passing by the gardens of course at the Ecole Normale, where he filed his cats during class before retrieving the evening on his shoulders, Peter Stolze became a writer.

Pierre Stolze also publishes texts and literary criticism in the journal Bifrost [1]
